PVC ID Cards are categorized in to two categories
- Growlam PVC Inkjet ID Card: These cards are 54×86 mm in size and are applicable for printing business cards, membership cards, discount cards, ID Cards, etc. These have a bright white surfaced and are un-ruled. Growlam PVC Inkjet ID cards are 760 GSM in density and come in 230 sheets per box. These are compatible with almost all Inkjet printers that have a PVC card tray. These cards have a life span of 2-3 years minimum.
- Growlam PVC Thermal ID Card: These cards are 54×86 mm in size and are applicable for printing business cards, membership cards, discount cards, ID Cards, etc. These have a bright white surfaced and are un-ruled. Growlam PVC Inkjet ID cards are 860 GSM in density and come in 250 sheets per box. These are compatible with almost all Thermal printers that have a PVC card tray. These cards have a life span of 2-3 years minimum. These cards so not work with inkjet printers.

PVC ID Cards are used with inkjet or thermal printers that have a PVC card tray. This card tray is usually sold separately as well and can be a good alternative to much more expensive dedicated ID Card Printers. One can print on both sides of these cards. The density of these cards varies from 760-860 GSM.
